When the import finishes, Import complete shows the created, skipped, and failed totals. Review these totals before leaving the page.
Return to Caseload
- Select Done.
- Find the imported client or student in Caseload.
If a record is missing, compare the skipped and failed totals with the original file before running another import. This helps avoid creating duplicates.
