Manage account security and data
Use Security to review password, data-download, data-removal, and account-closure controls. Read the full scope before using a destructive control.
Open Security settings
- Open Settings.
- Select Security.
Review the password controls
The password area includes fields for the current password, a new password, and password confirmation, followed by Update Password.
If you submit the form without a current password, iSpeax displays Current password is required. Follow the password requirements shown before entering a new password.
Review the data-download controls
Under Download your data, Download all data requests a ZIP. The on-screen description lists:
- A folder for each client or student with the profile, goals, sessions and trial results, notes, and reports
- Appointments and bookings
- Services and locations
- Finances
The on-screen description says the records are provided as documents and spreadsheets.
Privacy: A data download can contain personal, clinical, and practice information. Request or store it only when you are authorized to do so, and use storage approved by your organization.
Review the clinical-data wipe control
The Wipe all clinical data area includes Wipe All Data. Read the list of records the page says will be removed and the settings it says will remain.
Warning: The page states that Wipe All Data cannot be undone. Confirm your retention requirements and required exports before continuing.
Review the account-closure control
The Close your account area includes Close Account. The page describes subscription cancellation and a 30-day period for downloading data before the account is locked.
Warning: Close Account affects the whole practice. Contact iSpeax Support before closing the account if you need help with access, retention, or recovery during the 30-day period.
If you need help
